2. Modifications & Discontinuation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.
3. Free vs. Premium. Some Services are free; others require purchase of credits or subscription. All fees are published on the Platform. Except as required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. User Content & Data Retention

1. Retention. We retain User Content (history, chat logs, test data) for as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, and improve our offerings.
2. No Sensitive Uploads. Do not upload passwords, payment cards, personal health information, or other sensitive files. We are not liable for loss or exposure of such data.

2. Trademark & Copyright Protection. You agree not to:
   • Use “T3ta”, any derivative marks, or any confusingly similar marks in any domain name, social media handle, product, or service without our prior written consent.
   • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Platform or on Content.
3. AI-Generated Outputs. Except where prohibited by applicable law, AI outputs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use. Any other use (commercial, resale, distribution) requires our express written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

1. Integrations. We leverage third-party providersc to deliver certain features.
2. No Warranty. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the availability, accuracy or reliability of those services, and are not liable for any provider’s acts or omissions. Your use of third-party components is subject to their separate terms.

8. Acceptable Use

1. You agree not to:
   • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
   • Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
   • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or systems.
   • Use automated bots, spiders, or scrapers without authorization.

   • Misuse AI outputs for plagiarism or cheating in academic settings.

9. Payments & Billing

1. Fees. All fees, billing intervals, and payment methods are described on the Platform.
2. Changes. We may revise prices or billing policies at our discretion, with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. “AS IS.” The Platform and all Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
2. No Guarantee. We do not warrant that Content or AI outputs are accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
3. Use at Your Own Risk. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. No Indirect Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, T3ta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
2. Cap on Liability. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
3. Exclusions. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; if local law prohibits it, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T3ta and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your misuse of the Platform or Services;
• Your violation of applicable laws;
• Any User Content you submit.

13. Termination

1. By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons.
2. By You. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and you must cease all use of Content.
3. Survival. Sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent Platform announcement at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Miscellaneous
